How's your children's' day? I hope all of u had a fruitful day! Hmm... wat abt mine? haha... these days have not really been good for me.. that's smth sad to say... been having some kinda conflicts with my parents... over the issue of SELF-ACTUALISATION AND FREEDOM? haha... lets not talk abt this now...
Hmm... i guess all of u had seen many kinds of situation on public transports right? Situations like pregnant ladies not having a seat cos no one wants to give up theirs, old lady struggling with loads of shopping and also not given a seat, people pretending to be asleep so that they dun have to give up their seat, mother with young kids also not given a seat, aunties rushing to get their seats, people rushing into the train without waiting for people to alight first, etc. there are simply sooooo many different kinds!
Some of these situations are simply infuriating, don't you think?
But what i feel that all of us need is perhaps, GRACIOUSNESS.
I don't expect even myself to be all sooooo gracious to every single one... but somehow jus a little bit of graciousness is enough to brighten up someone's day.... by giving up your seat for a pregnant lady, giving way to the elderly, waiting patiently for people to alight the train, etc. anything that you can think of! Jus a little gesture or a little smile will do! Be Gracious abt it and forget abt the little unkind things that you have seen or people did to you! I've seen people giving up their seats, they may not be really blessed with good looks but i've seen the beauty of their hearts and that really brighten up my day! It's jus graciousness that we all need to learn!
Sometimes i jus find it an irony? we are learning all the openness, styles and everything from the rest of the world but we often forget to learn the graciousness and courtesy from them too!
Try doing something good for someone else and see if what i say was right!
